Clarity and Transparency in Every Project
To ensure the best experience and a transparent relationship with our clients, we have established the following policies to protect both parties and maintain our high-quality standards:
1. Revisions and Approvals Policy
• All revision requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the contract (typically 7-14 days after project delivery).
• Once the final approval is received from the client, the project is considered complete, and any further modifications will be treated as a new service and subject to additional charges.
• We do not accept complaints or requests for changes after the final approval has been provided.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be assessed based on the stage of the project.
• No refunds will be issued for work that has already been completed or is in advanced stages of production.
• Projects canceled prior to production may be subject to an administrative fee.
3. File Download Policy
• After the completion of the project, final files will be provided via a download link.
• Clients have a 60-day window to download and securely save their files.
• After this period, we are no longer responsible for storing or providing access to the files, as our storage system automatically clears files to free up space.
• It is the client’s responsibility to download and secure a copy of the files within the allotted time.
• If files need to be retrieved after the 60-day window, an additional fee will be charged, provided recovery is possible.
4. Communication Policy
• All communications and revision requests must be submitted in writing via email to ensure clarity and proper documentation.
• We are not responsible for instructions or requests made verbally or through informal channels.
5. Copyright and Material Usage Policy
• All material created by Feelings Productions is protected by copyright until full payment is received.
• Upon payment, usage rights for the material are transferred to the client; however, Feelings Productions reserves the right to use the content for promotional purposes in its portfolio or on social media unless otherwise agreed.
• The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided (e.g., logos, music, images) are copyright-free or properly licensed.
6. Deadlines and Delivery Policy
• Deadlines outlined in the contract are contingent on the client providing necessary information and feedback within the agreed-upon timeline.
• Delays caused by the client in providing materials or approvals may impact final deadlines, and Feelings Productions will not be held responsible for such delays.
7. Storage and Backup Policy
• Our responsibility is to deliver the final files as agreed in the contract.
• We do not provide long-term backup services. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of the delivered files.
• If a copy of the file is requested after the 60-day window, an additional fee will apply for retrieval or recreation, if possible.
8. Behavior and Relationship Policy
• Abusive, disrespectful, or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
• Feelings Productions reserves the right to terminate the contract or cease providing services to any client exhibiting inappropriate communication or behavior.
